DHURANDHAR is a shared sanctuary for devotees, pandits, partners, temple trusts and families. These rules keep it that way. They apply everywhere on the platform - reviews, matrimony chat, community forums, Guru AI conversations, partner portals and support tickets. Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension or permanent removal, and where required, referral to law enforcement.
Speak of deities, sampradayas, gurus, gotras, castes and communities with respect. We celebrate all lineages of Sanatana Dharma - Shaiva, Vaishnava, Shakta, Smarta, Arya Samaj, ISKCON, regional folk traditions and tribal Hindu practices. Sectarian supremacism has no place here.
Respect other faiths. Interfaith courtesy is dharmic conduct. No slurs, no calls for violence, no dehumanising language of any group.
Pandits, jyotishis and partners must not misrepresent lineage, credentials, gotra expertise, ashram affiliation or years of experience. All claims are subject to verification and audit. Fraudulent profiles are removed and reported.
Do not impersonate another person, temple, trust or organisation. Do not create duplicate accounts to bypass restrictions.
Zero tolerance for harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, sexual misconduct, hate speech, or content sexualising minors. Predatory behaviour on the matrimony surface (unsolicited explicit content, dowry demands, coercion) results in immediate permanent ban and legal action.
No content that promotes self-harm, suicide, animal cruelty, or ritual practices causing bodily harm.
Products in Sampada must be genuine, correctly described, and truthfully sourced. Deceptive labelling ("temple-blessed" without provenance, fake Rudraksha mukhi counts, adulterated ghee/sindoor) is prohibited. Sellers found misrepresenting are delisted.
Reviews must be from real experiences. No paid reviews, no coordinated review bombing, no retaliation against partners who filed legitimate concerns.
Matrimony is for genuine marital seekers. Prohibited: married users concealing status, dowry solicitation or offers, caste-based abuse, sending explicit content, contacting minors, and using AI-generated photos as your own.
Kundli compatibility scores are decision aids, not verdicts. Respect the other person's "no" - decline gracefully, do not send follow-up messages after a pass.
Guru AI is a scripturally-grounded assistant, not a licensed medical, legal, financial or psychiatric professional. Do not use it for emergency decisions. Do not attempt to jailbreak, poison, or extract source prompts. Do not use its output to impersonate a spiritual authority.
Astrological guidance is offered per BPHS and classical Vedic sources. It is a reflective tool - agency and responsibility remain with you.
When commenting on live darshan streams or temple pages, maintain the same silence, devotion and cleanliness of speech expected inside a sanctum. No advertising, no political sloganeering, no comparison of deities.
Do not share another person's phone, address, ID, kundli, gotra, medical or matrimony information without their explicit consent. Family members added under Sansaar are accessible only to the primary account holder.
Every profile, listing, review, message and Guru AI response has a Report control. Reports are triaged within 24 hours; safety reports (harassment, minors, threats) within 2 hours. Repeated false reporting is itself a violation.
Enforcement ladder: private warning → feature restriction (e.g. matrimony messaging paused) → temporary suspension → permanent ban → legal referral. Severe violations skip straight to permanent ban.

We revise these guidelines as the community grows and new patterns emerge. Material changes are notified via in-app banner and email at least 7 days before taking effect.
