Open the home page → tap 'Book a Pandit' → choose the ritual (Satyanarayan, Griha Pravesh, wedding, etc.) → pick your muhurta slot from auspicious windows we compute for your location → confirm samagri (we can bring it) → pay. A verified pandit is assigned within 15 minutes, with their full profile, trust score and prior reviews visible before the visit.
Yes. On any service page, tap 'Choose your pandit' to see the full verified panel filtered by language, tradition (Rig / Yajur / Sama Veda), and city. You can shortlist favourites for future bookings.
Our operations team monitors every booking live. If a pandit is running late, you'll get a real-time ETA update. If they cancel or no-show, we assign a replacement from the same tier within 30 minutes, or refund in full and give you Shubh Credits toward your next booking.
Yes - most puja packages include the standard samagri kit sourced from our Sampada supply chain. You can also order individual items from the Sampada store. If you prefer your own samagri, uncheck the add-on and the price adjusts automatically.
