1. Acceptance
By accessing or using www.dhurandharone.com and related applications ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Security Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by Dhurandhar Technologies Private Limited, India ("Dhurandhar").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Parents may transact on behalf of minor family members strictly for appropriate services (e.g., samskaras).
3. Services offered
DHURANDHAR is a marketplace for verified pandits, temple offerings (darshan, prasadam, donations), pilgrimage packages (Yatra), matrimony, household services (Sansaar), and devotional commerce (Sampada). Dhurandhar acts as an intermediary between users and verified service partners; the ritual/service itself is performed by the partner.
4. Account, KYC & security
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@dhurandharone.com of any unauthorised use.
5. Bookings, pricing & payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A booking is confirmed only when payment is successful and you receive a confirmation on-app and via WhatsApp/email. Muhurta timings are advisory; the final schedule is confirmed with the assigned pandit.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) upload unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content; (b) impersonate any person; (c) attempt to interfere with the Platform or its security; (d) misuse Matrimony chat for solicitation, abuse or fraud. Violations lead to account suspension and, where warranted, legal action.
8. Intellectual property
The DHURANDHAR name, mantra, logos, designs and content are the property of Dhurandhar or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
9. Third-party partners
The conduct of a partner (pandit, karyakarta, matrimony member, vendor) is their sole responsibility. Dhurandhar performs KYC and trust scoring but does not guarantee outcomes. Report issues via Help Center.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhurandhar's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim. Dhurandhar is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Dhurandhar and its partners from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Changes
We may amend these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app and via email 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
